SPEAKING AND PANEL MODERATION
What's better than designing an experience that allows for the 'best of the best' idea-networking around? As moderator and speaker on multiple panels, and the founding moderator of the DSIL Course Virtual Classroom, I always think first about what it takes to create an impact that moves people to imagine and think big.
YOUTH CO:LAB SUMMIT // SPEAKER
UNDP AND CITIBANK
#youthrising #sdgs #socent #undp #nextgen
I joined one of the opening panels of the UNDP and Citi Foundation's inaugural regional Youth Co:Lab Summit 2018 in Bangkok. It brought together over 200 delegates including government officials, private sector participants, NGOs, academia and youth participants to advance discussions and next steps in addressing youth unemployment challenges in the Asia Pacific region. Most of our discussion was refreshingly informal and related to youth driving innovative solutions to some of the most complex issues connected to the SDGs. UNESCAP's Jonathan Wong was a fantastic moderator too!

I was fortunate to be both a moderator and a part of the faculty team building the first ever 'What The Future?!' speaker series, hosted by Thammasat University's School of Global Studies in collaboration with TCDC. It was created to build stronger networks and communities across the city. These events included panel discussions with prominent figures working in the field of social innovation in Bangkok and beyond, on various topics related to the future of social innovation and social entrepreneurship, that is then followed by coordinated breakout dialogue to draw on the wisdom of the room.
