Experiential learning and Integration takes time - and often it's not a one-size-fits-all approach. I have logged in hundreds of custom sessions for groups and individuals to meet them where they are in their learning journey. I especially love working with people through big challenges - and drawing on methodologies and practices gleaned from the principals of applied design thinking, agile change,  start up, scale and business innovation strategy.
